The team at David Ballew's office has been very helpful in setting up my new policy. They always respond quickly to my requests. I'm so glad I switched my home and auto insurance to State Farm!

I have been working with Tammy and David for over two years now. No issues, until today with a lady named "Heather". Absolutely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude. Needed help with a payment that will not process and instead of helping me she passes it off to another individual, Tammy. I then call back to leave a message to David that I would like to speak to him directly, and the phone doesn't even ring all the way through, she hung up! I have worked in the management business running multiple restaurants, and that is someone I WOULD NOT keep employed at my establishment. She is paid to help ME, and she couldn't even do that. I feel next time I speak to them I will be changing agents. Update: Thanks to David and speaking to him directly, I will be continuing with this office. He is extremely helpful, even at busy times. He will make sure what you need done is done.
